SPRING WEEKEND VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP SHEET

Read carefully:

 

--You can sign-up for as many shifts as you want, but you can only get

up to one package.

 

--Please sign up with your full name, an email address, phone number, your banner ID,

and the show for which you'd like to be credited a ticket. 

 

--One shift of stage crew (2 hours) equals only 1 ticket. 2 of those shifts equals a package.

 

--One shift of ticket-taking or will-call shift (each 1 hour) equals only 1 ticket.

2 of those shifts equals a package. These shifts occur during

the shows and those volunteers get a free Spring Weekend T-shirt.

 

--One shift of Hospitality Set Up (dressing room prep) equals 1 ticket. 2 shifts equals a package.

One shift of Hospitality Runner (must have a car) equals 1 ticket. 

 

--The sheet is ordered by jobs: Stage Crew (April 16-19),

Will Call, Ticket Takers (both April 17-18 during the Show),

and Hospitality (April 17-18, before and during the shows).

 

-- Absolutely no open-toed shoes or sandals. Your sobriety is assumed.

Safety is a top priority, and failure to ensure it will prevent you from getting your tickets.

 

Signing up here is a commitment to work the shift,

regardless of whether or not more tickets go on sale.
